Manager of Continuous Improvement 

At Torani, we know our people are the key to our success, and are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who can empower our people to find solutions to their challenges. As our Manager in Continuous Improvement, your ability to lead, instill trust in our team, and inspire others to be solution oriented is the key to driving a successful innovative thinking program. Through Torani’s Improvement Through People Program you will help select continuous improvement projects, work cross-functionally training teams, and manage long-term resolutions for the business. 

Your effectiveness at working across the organization has positioned this role as a GREAT partner and resource to work with. You have a passion for coaching others and love to develop individual and team skills to think bigger, as we grow bigger. You recognize the importance of change-leadership and create new levels of enthusiasm and excitement as implementation teams meet milestones and celebrate successes. 

You love solving problems and you are CRAZY about developing ways for process improvement and using our people and continuous improvement tools to close the gaps. As a direct result of your contributions, you are continuously raising the bar on performance and taking frustration out of the business. Your practical operations-related expertise, combined with your technical knowledge, allows you to eagerly embrace the unknown and find solutions to new and unfamiliar challenges. Upon successful completion of these CI projects, you are enthusiastic about pursuing fresh projects. 

SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-18 months) 
 Program Manager: While the foundation for Torani's Improvement Through People initiative has been established, the task of breathing life into this program and fostering its expansion falls upon you. You spearhead the roll out of the program with the flavor operations team. You take charge of leading and coaching our teams’ efforts with Continuous Improvement, projects, and initiatives across the facility and all levels of leadership. You’ve gained team members’ full adoption and enthusiasm to make them feel successful. 

• Continuous Improvement Expert: You are a Continuous Improvement Champion. By instilling a culture of ever- evolving improvement in the mindset of the business, you lead in creating and executing various process enhancement initiatives that align closely with our business goals. You persistently explore avenues for process enhancement, waste reduction, and elevating the team member experience. 

• Go-To Coach & Skills Developer: You cultivate reliable partnerships across the entire organization and are a trusted partner. You construct and maintain problem solving toolkits and training strategies that team members can rely on as a wellspring of expertise. This impels the success of projects, processes, and change management. The culmination of these efforts results in ongoing enhancements and creating a dynamic team that is more capable and refined. 

• Change Management: You combine your knowledge, communication skills, empathy, and strategic thinking to facilitate successful and sustainable organizational change. With Torani’s rapidly evolving and growing workforce, you play a pivotal role in helping our team members and leaders adapt to the changes in their processes and the overall changes within the operation. 

• Metrics and KPIs Driven: You uncover solutions to our business obstacles within the data. By aggregating, examining and leveraging reports, you're able to scrutinize data collections that pinpoint the origins of issues and determine optimal courses of action.

Minimum Qualifications 
• 5+ years of experience managing continuous improvement programs in a high-volume food service or consumer goods manufacturing environment 
• Experience managing the implementation of work process and technology to support streamlined ways of working 
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills – influencing, resolving conflict, and problem-solving
• Experience with enterprise software; Oracle, Tableau, Archeva, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio 
• Proven track record of delivering consistent results 
• Flexibility to handle fast paced changing environment and priorities

Salary Range: $103,500- $121,411
