Temporary Human Resources Coordinator
 
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a temporary contract position to primarily focus on onboarding seasonal employees, ensuring new hire compliance, and processing weekly payroll through ADP. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational skills. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for seasonal employees, ensuring required documentation and background checks are completed. 
  • Ensure compliance with all employee hiring regulations and documentation requirements. 
  • Enters new hire information accurately into the ADP Total Source platform, ensuring compliance with company requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for leaders, answering questions and providing updates on the process.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including hiring managers and HR to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, including documentation of completed forms, background check results, and training certifications.
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll for seasonal employees. 
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and in a timely manner through ADP. 
  • Assist with other HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager
 
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems, specifically ADP Total Source
  • Strong understanding of onboarding procedures and best practices. 
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and compliance requirements. 
  • Experience with weekly payroll processing. 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Duration and Schedule:
  • This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of [April - August] to support our peak seasonal period.
  • The Temporary Human Resources Coordinator will work Monday through Friday. It can be remote. 
 $25-35/HR
