Job Description
- Lead the creative conceptualization, visual design, and execution of brand and product campaign materials, crafting graphic, photographic, and video assets for deployment across all channels, including digital (e-commerce and social) and retail (print).
- Spearhead the entire production process, overseeing pre-production and post-production for photo and video shoots. Provide art direction for the brand's monthly releases, commercial content for product marketing, brand narratives, and social communications.
- Cultivate captivating creative assets that bolster brand recognition and immerse customers in unforgettable experiences.
- Foster collaborative synergy with cross-functional teams to establish a unified brand aesthetic across diverse channels, spanning print, digital, e-commerce, and social media.
- Develop and meticulously maintain brand guidelines, seasonal templates, brand books, brand identity parameters, and photography guidelines, ensuring unwavering brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Creative Officer to craft engaging content narratives, photography, and videos that captivate customers, elevate the brand, drive sales, and support the company's strategic objectives. This encompasses conceptualization, art direction, design guidance for designers, and post-production oversight, including retouching.
- Proficiently create mood boards and storyboards to effectively communicate the visual/graphic direction for asset creation.
- Confidently provide art direction during production shoots (photography and video), collaborating with photographers, stylists, crews, producers, set designers, and models to flawlessly execute the shoot concept.
- Innovate and conceptualize ideas for motion assets, primarily designed for social media. Collaborate closely with copywriters and graphic designers to ensure all creative elements align seamlessly and convey a consistent message.
- Oversee the implementation of stylistic requirements, including copy, layout, illustrations, and final art and photography, for the brand's advertising and social media campaigns, brand websites, digital storefronts, and marketing assets for wholesale and international partners.
- Enhance e-commerce photography and video assets to elevate the online shopping experience.
- Stay abreast of emerging cultural trends in fashion, design, film, art, media, and technology, leveraging relevant insights to inform brand strategies and creative direction.
- Background in graphic design and art direction, with a deep understanding of the Fast Fashion D2C and Retail industry.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership skills and experience in engaging with diverse organizational teams.
- Current or prior experience in the fast fashion or retail sector.
- Self-motivated, positive, and passionate, with a proven track record as a problem solver.
- Aspiration for a management role and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
- Thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, demonstrating drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
- Commercially driven, with experience conceptualizing large-scale brand campaigns.
