We are hiring Brand Educators for our client at their pop-up in Chicago. We are seeking experienced retail leaders who come with 4+ years of management experience in retail settings.
Dates: October 2-5, 2025
Responsibilities
Be Welcoming
- Delivers an inviting, inclusive, and energetic experience for all customers
- Acts as an ambassador for the brand; ensures that company values guide all interactions
- Invites customers to engage with product and maintains comprehensive knowledge of the product assortment
- Handles customer situations with patience and kindness; knows when to escalate a scenario to leadership
- Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve the overall customer experience
- Maintains a positive attitude throughout busy, high-traffic times
Be Accountable
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Arrives to assigned shifts on-time and in-uniform
- Executes all visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company and as directed by the management team
- Supports replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant; reports on diminishing inventory levels as needed
- Supports high standards of organization and cleanliness, promoting safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience and safety
- Upholds and complies with all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Completes all opening and closing responsibilities as directed
- Complies with all loss prevention policies and communicates violations directly to the leadership team
Qualifications
- 4+ years’ retail management experience is preferred; experience with visual merchandising a plus
- Effective communication skills and a positive outlook
- Adaptable, team-player, and compassionate
- A flexible work schedule (ability to work weekends and nights)
- Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to climb a small ladder or step stool
$26/hr
