Client Advisor – Luxury Retail | Beverly Hills, CA
We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor (Sales Specialist) for a luxury retail brand’s Beverly Hills boutique. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about client relationship management, high-end styling, and building a business in a niche, low-traffic environment.
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and thrive in a setting where clienteling and personal connections drive results rather than walk-in traffic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through personalized outreach and exceptional service.
- Cultivate a personal client book to drive business and meet sales goals independently of store foot traffic.
- Deliver an elevated client experience through thoughtful styling, brand storytelling, and personalized attention.
- Partner closely with store management and HQ teams to ensure consistency in brand presentation and service standards.
- Strategically engage clients through innovative, outside-the-box methods — events, styling sessions, and personalized appointments.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on new collections, materials, and design stories.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing boutique environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or client advisory roles.
- Proven success in relationship-based selling and developing a personal book of clients.
- Experience working with high-end ready-to-wear, accessories, or fine goods.
- Polished communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a refined sense of style.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — comfortable driving business in a low foot traffic environment.
- Bilingual a plus (Farsi or Mandarin preferred).
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and high energy.
Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$40/hour + commission 2%-3%
