Title: Freelance Designer
Reports to: VP of Brand Creative
Location: Remote

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking freelance designers to support their brand creative team across a range of projects. We're looking for versatile, hourly freelancers who can jump in as needed—whether that's designing for digital campaigns, creating print collateral, updating web assets, or developing social content. This is a great fit for creatives who love brand storytelling, have strong technical skills, and can adapt to different formats while staying true to our visual identity.

Projects May Include:

Designing campaign assets for digital, social, and email marketing
Creating or updating print materials (lookbooks, mailers, postcards, packaging, signage, etc.)
Designing social media content for Instagram, Pinterest, and Meta—feeds, stories, and reels
Supporting web design needs (homepage updates, product feature graphics, promotional banners)
Assisting with seasonal campaign concepting and layout across platforms
Preparing clean, organized files and production-ready deliverables
Collaborating with the Design Director and cross-functional partners to execute briefs and bring ideas to life
Maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and contributing to a high visual standard
Supporting quick-turn creative needs or special projects on an as-needed basis

Skills & Requirements:

4–6+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a freelance or in-house creative environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work across digital, print, and social media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is needed
Experience creating assets that align with established brand guidelines and campaign goals
Strong layout and typography skills, with attention to detail and a refined design sensibility
Ability to manage feedback and revisions with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
Familiarity with optimizing assets for web, mobile, and print
Bonus: experience with Shopify or Klaviyo platforms

Engagement Details:

Freelance / Hourly
Hours will vary based on project needs, with flexibility in timing
Remote role with occasional on-site opportunities or travel for larger campaigns or content shoots
