Role Overview: We are actively seeking aExperienced/ Creative Office Manager to join our Team in Los Angeles on a full-time (On-site) basis. 
The duties and responsibilities of the office manager include scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging office equipment, maintenance, mailing, bills, and errands. welcoming visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees. 
They will also serve as a contact person between LA and overseas Teams!

  • Bills and invoices 
  • Errands
  • Shopping
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment.
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • The onboarding process for new hires
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT person as necessary on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
  • Manage office G&A budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
Previous experience as a front office manager or office manager - an advantage.
Experience with a variety of office software (e-mail tools, spreadsheets, and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative tasks.
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 DOE (Onsite role)
