We are an innovative design and manufacturing company specializing in private label fashion apparel for leading global retailers and brands. Our Innovation Studio serves as the creative hub where design thinking meets production expertise.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our Innovation Studio in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be a Vietnamese native who has studied or worked in the USA apparel market, with a strong understanding of American fashion trends, customer expectations, and retail standards.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international teams, translate market insights into commercial designs, and contribute to the evolution of our private label collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop seasonal collections and capsule concepts aligned with trends and client direction.
- AI/ Virtual design
- Create mood boards, color stories, and presentation materials that inspire innovation and reflect brand positioning.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and sourcing teams to ensure design integrity through to final production.
- Research fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes, with a focus on sustainability and cost efficiency.
- Participate in client presentations
- Stay up to date with global fashion, sustainability, and manufacturing innovations.
Qualifications
- Vietnamese native with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.
- Experience studying or working in the U.S. apparel industry—a must.
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in private label fashion ( men’s or woman’s
- Excellent understanding of trends, tech packs, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and proportion.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
