Digital Graphic Designer

Hybrid 3 days in office | Acton, MA

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join our client’s Creative team. In this role, you will create innovative, high-quality designs aligned with our client’s brand standards, fostering creative excellence within the team. Under the guidance of the Art Director, this role will be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing assets including but not limited to social media imagery, digital ads, emails, landing pages, and web assets. Experience with print design, overseeing photoshoots and editing is a plus. The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Art Director. Applications without a portfolio submission will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Be a brand ambassador for our client
Deliver on-brand design assets that support the strategic goals of our client’s brand
Ensure that our creative assets remain cutting-edge and ahead of our competition
Create innovative and compelling sales and branding digital assets including website imagery, emails, landing pages, and digital and social posts and ads
Work with the Art Director to support the production of compelling marketing pieces that accurately portray the selling attributes of the merchandise, visually reflect the brand, and drive sales
Deliver beautiful, high-caliber marketing assets to support the overall goals of multiple stakeholders throughout the business
Provide support during photo shoots as necessary to ensure projects meet the required standards
Contribute to elevating the overall brand aesthetic by working closely with the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designers to ensure brand consistency for their brand and its sub brands
Work collaboratively with members of the marketing team, design team, photo studio, and buying department
Participate in a positive, productive, and creative work environment

Job Requirements:

3 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
BA with a key focus on Graphic Design
Solid knowledge of photo retouching, page composition, typography with eye for detail
Video editing and stop motion graphics experience a plus
Retail/fashion editorial experience preferred—ecommerce experience a plus
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, teamwork-based environment
Strong communication skills – in writing, verbally and through presentations
Strong technical skills, CS5 or above – strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Positive, collaborative, flexible, and energetic attitude a must
Ability to work 3+ days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA
Professional presentation in attire, demeanor, and appearance

Salary: $58K- $75K
