Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize traffic and sales to the .COM and Amazon channels
- Analyze customer behavior, website traffic, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize conversion rates
- Manage and optimize all aspects of the ecommerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
- Work with cross-functional teams, including CRM (email / sms / loyalty), creative, and social media, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date on eCommerce industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
- Continuously test and optimize digital marketing campaigns, channels, and tactics to improve ROI and drive growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the brand's online presence
- Lead and strategize our Social Media paid and organic efforts with the support of external and internal team members
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing preferably in beauty, skincare, or CPG
- Proven track record of driving sales and growth through digital marketing channels by managing internal and external partners responsible for SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, email/sms, and affiliates
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Shopify, Google Analytics and Northbeam
- Experience managing Amazon marketplace and listings via third party agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation
- Data driven, acumen for analytics and experience with Marketing Mix Modeling
- Managed social media channels from a paid and organic perspective
