Director of Private Label Apparel Sales – North America

We seek a sales manager to lead the growth of our private label apparel business in North America. This critical role will focus on securing and expanding partnerships with leading fashion retailers and brands, driving significant profitable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Aggressively pursue and secure new accounts with major fashion retailers and brands (e.g., Club Monaco, Theory, Dillard's, Urban Outfitters).

Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively identifying growth opportunities.

Product & Market Expertise: Possesses a deep understanding of men's and women's apparel (knits and wovens), market trends, and the competitive landscape, and translates market insights into actionable sales strategies.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement ePective sales strategies that align with overall business objectives; proficiently manage sales cycles, pricing negotiations, and promotional activities. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the US sales team. This includes setting performance goals, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner ePectively with internal teams (design, production, merchandising) to ensure seamless product development and timely delivery.

Performance Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of proven success in private label apparel sales to major fashion retailers and brands. Expertise in selling both knit and woven apparel to mid-to-premium retailers.

Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred.


Compensation & Benefits: $120,000-$170,000 + bonus/ commission
