E-Commerce Manager
 
The E-commerce Manager is responsible for building and executing comprehensive digital experience strategies for our client’s online presence and their Amazon stores that drive revenue and deliver on key brand objectives across new product launches, sites promotions, exclusive programs, and all other customer-related initiatives. The E-commerce manager will be responsible for managing product assortmentsoverseeing promotion planning and execution, forecasting monthly KPIs and sales performance, and leading the site and Amazon merchandising strategies to ensure the customer experience is consistent with industry best practices and optimized based on site performance data.
 
Main functions/duties:
  •   Defines and executes the marketing/sales strategy for our e-Commerce channels in accordance with our Digital Roadmap to ensure that sales goals and profitability are met adhering to approved budget
  •   Manages product launches (includes defining price positioning in alignment with Marketing) and forecast, content update, promotion strategy, inventory management and shipping prices
  •   Creates and manages the content and organization of the website, manages the computer server and technical programming 
  •   Develops digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns on social media platforms, marketing database by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
  •   Builds and executes campaigns calendar, improves and updates when needed the design, structure, UX, and content of the websites 
  •   Manages digital communication (except Social Mediavia newsletters from content creation, strategy development to database maintenance
  •   Responsible for measuring, reporting and optimizing the performance of these digital channels and their campaigns, including all marketing budgets and P&Ls
  •   Ensures regulatory compliance of digital channels with the help of partner lawyers
  •   Works closely with web professionals to design or update websites, fixing website errors and creating a response plan for down servers and running tests to make sure designs or updates function properly
  •   Works with external partner agenciesconsultants and headquarter. Daily interactions with cross functional teams (warehouse, logistics, customer service, accounting, marketing etc..) and manages an intern
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required 
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of e-Commerce digital marketing with a strong emphasis on Shopify
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrendsSEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analyticaldata skills and product and business oriented 
  • Keen attention to details
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with high level of energy and motivation.
 
This position is based in Brooklyn, NY and requires at least 3 days/week in office
 
Salary range: 
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000
