Ecommerce Sales Assistant - DTC

Job Summary:
As an Ecommerce Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales efforts. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining inventory data, and contributing to the overall success of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our online customers, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns
  • Utilize sales tracking tools to monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
  • Follow up with shipping and warehouse teams for timely delivery
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an ecommerce DTC environment
  • Experience with Shopify is a must
  • Familiarity platforms such as ShipStation and N41 are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in sales tracking and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
 
This is an on-site position, based in downtown LA.

Compensation: $20-$22 per hour
