SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12–18 months)
 
  • Partner Integration.  You’ve orchestrated a smooth and effective integration with our new 3PL Partner and all systems are “green”! You have collaborated across the Organization to identify, define and implement the work processes that support the integration and you’ve clearly articulated roles and responsibilities that support this exciting new work! You have taken the lead and successfully tackled change management challenges.  Throughout the integration, you have ensured that Stakeholders are informed, committed, and work together with aligned actions that deliver results. 
  • Partner Relationship Builder.  You have successfully identified our optimum network design and have crafted a winning partnership with our new 3PL partners that support our East Coast Distribution and Ecommerce.  You have established a perfect cadence for regularly evaluating our Partners through reviewing key performance indicators, prioritizing improvement efforts, and keeping an ever-present eye on building capabilities needed to stay ahead of amazing growth.
  • Cross Functional Collaborator.  You are considered the key liaison between many internal and external Teams.  Your knowledge of our Logistics dependencies and interdependencies allows you to proactively plan and bring others together when needed.  You have established a reputation for knowing the business, understanding what is needed from each other, and then finding win-win solutions to any challenge. 
  • Operational Maestro. Operational ramp-ups are on schedule and consistently meet critical success factors.    At the end of the day, you have done the work needed to consistently deliver increased value to our customers. Success is evident as we meet/exceed Perfect Order targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Operations related field, is required
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience managing in industrial or consumer goods, food and beverage distribution is a plus
  • Partnership management experience with third party lpartner/operators is required
  • Experience using ERP systems and/or integrated tools to manage inventory, order picking, shipping, transfers, etc. is required
  • Project management experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in working within an environment of multiple internal customers/business units and multi-facility company
  • Experience cultivating, validating, and managing external partner network
 
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and develop positive working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external 3PL organizations and promote a win-win culture and engagement
  • Ability to build and maintain key performance indicators to develop successful performance
  • Capable of creating and presenting executive level communications
  • Demonstrates and models company culture and values
  • Understanding of planning practices and impact of inventory accuracy and forecast accuracy
  • Ability to work with internal teams to improve process
  • Ability to plan/communicate/present and execute programs and influence multi-disciplinary Supply Chain stakeholders to enable success
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a cross functional matrix environment where responsibilities are layered throughout the organization
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Able to work M-F during normal business hours

Salary Range: $129,000 - $158,000
