Store Manager, Charleston Flagship Store 
Reporting to: CEO 
Reports: Asst. Store Manager, Managers of Registry, Trade, Events, Store Marketing and Sales Associates 

About the Flagship Store at 268 King Street:

Charleston Housed in a stunning historic two-story building on a prime block of King Street, our Flagship Store fully opened in Summer 2023 and includes a traditional retail floor showcasing both our brands plus an upstairs floor dedicated to hosting events (with a bar), experiential workshops, and our Registry Salon (servicing 300+ couples from across the country). Additionally, we plan to open a charming J Café in our outside courtyard in the coming year. 

The growth opportunity of this role This is a unique opportunity to join us as a key leader, help us understand and hone our Flagship experience and enable additional stores through that successful template. 

The ideal candidate for this position A hands-on, passionate, and entrepreneurial retail merchant who loves building a team and delighting customers with a world class experience. They have successfully run all aspects of a successful discerning or luxury retail store. They are a confident leader, comfortable working cross-functionally and inspiring their staff to provide excellence. They have fresh ideas and proven success engaging consumers and building local awareness and loyalty. Ideally, they have a personal love for entertaining at home. 

Key Position Responsibilities 

• Institute retail best practices, KPI’s and hone a successful model for future retail locations 
• Engage the local community and tourists to drive traffic to store, registry, events and workshops 
• Motivate, inspire, incentivize, educate the Flagship divisional leaders and staff to achieve goals 
• Manage store marketing, visual merchandising, brand events in partnership with corporate office leaders. 
• Support Registry sales and brand experience for couples visiting the store 
• Support Trade success for designers, hospitality, event planners.

10. Are able to laugh at themselves and have fun along the way! 

Base Salary range: $80,000-$120,000
