Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Garment Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment fitting requirements across menswear, ladieswear, kids, and baby clothing. This role requires expertise in technical design, pattern-making, and garment construction, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality product execution. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential to liaise with international suppliers, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Garment Fitting & Technical Expertise:
- Conduct fit analysis and evaluations for men’s, ladies’, kids, and baby garments, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.
- Develop and update technical specification packages (tech packs), including detailed measurements, construction details, and tolerances.
- Address fit issues proactively by providing actionable feedback to design, production, and supplier teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design, product development, and production teams to translate design concepts into commercially viable garments.
- Lead fit sessions, prototype reviews, and sample approvals, ensuring consistency across all product categories.
- Supplier Communication:
- Liaise with suppliers and factories in Mandarin Chinese or English to clarify technical requirements, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Review and approve pre-production samples, ensuring compliance with tech packs.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of fit comments, revisions, and approvals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sizing standards, and regulatory requirements for all product categories.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, Apparel Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years in technical design/garment technology, with exposure to tailoring, suits, and ladies apparel.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of fit, pattern-making, grading, and garment construction. Must qualified and experience in ET system.
- Language Skills:Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese. Strong English communication skills required (speaking, listening comprehension, written, and reading), with the ability to conduct fluent and effortless conversations in English.

- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
