Job Description

Graphic Design Operations Associate

The Graphic Design Operations Associate will work closely with cross functional partners to ensure consistent and accurate workflow across all graphics/design and production teams to ensure proper product execution.

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal art pages for requested brands

• Act as a liaison between the screen print production facilities (including PA team) and design

• Communicate with factories on how to achieve the best production results

• Ensure all separation art files and art pages are being executed consistently using the company template

• Communicate with Design Operations on finalized files to be uploaded

• Communicate daily with overseas partners to resolve questions or issues and send any requested standards for Sourcing and Production

• Separate artwork for screen prints so that it is prepared for printing

• Utilize digital presentation and style tracker to keep track of process

• Assist with setting up key cross functional handoff meetings

• Partner with Design Operations on the seasonal "Trip Book" (Line Plan Catalog) for Sourcing, which includes all art techniques for costing purposes

• Add detail to season production charts for all brands

• Ensure all PLM data is completed for each graphic

• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related Fine Arts Degree

• 2+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

• Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative

• Brand appropriate aesthetic

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Salary 60-70k
