Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative focused on new business development. This role is dedicated to prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting cold and warm prospects into active B2B clients. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively research and identify potential B2B clients
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new leads and schedule discovery calls
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their buying needs, business model, and potential fit with our offerings
  • Conduct virtual presentations and product showcases tailored to client needs
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities 
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outbound campaigns and improve lead generation strategies
  • Work with the sales teams to close deals and convert prospects to customers
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value and differentiate offerings
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and new business targets
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience 
  • Proven track record in cold outreach, lead generation, and deal conversion
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
