Job Overview
seca North America is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator, Dealer Relations to join our Marketing team in Chino, California. This role is pivotal in managing marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for seca’s distribution partners across the U.S. and Canada. Working closely with the Director of Multi-Channel Marketing, you will oversee marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring campaigns effectively align with the seca brand while delivering measurable value to our distribution partners. Your efforts will drive engagement, captivate target audiences, and, most importantly, fuel growth!
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Cooperative Marketing
- Support dealer cooperative marketing programs, ensuring print and digital ads, as well as promotions, align with strategic campaign objectives.
- Review and audit distributor websites to ensure seca products are well-merchandised with enriched content and assets. Collaborate with the seca Core Data Manager to implement updates as needed.
- Coordinate and plan with the seca Events Manager for dealer regional meetings, National Sales Meetings, and dealer co-op customer tradeshows.
Content Creation and Storytelling
- Create and execute monthly eblasts messaging based on key dealer personas.
- Collaborate with the sales team and video team to brief storytelling content, including how-to videos, success stories, product build-ups, FAQs, and promotional videos.
- Develop compelling monthly narratives spotlighting key dealer/customer wins and achievements of the seca sales team and dealer partners.
Dealer Drip Marketing Campaigns
- Co-brand campaign assets, product sheets, and other collateral, to support dealer initiatives.
- Align campaigns with monthly promotional swag boxes, ensuring they reflect campaign objectives and provide a personalized touch for dealers.
- Create and manage a monthly swag calendar, coordinating distribution around key meetings and dealer events for maximum engagement.
Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, ideally in B2B or distribution-focused roles.
- Strong background in project management, campaign development and digital marketing
- Creative approach to designing promotional swag aligned with campaign objectives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Salary: Up to $60K
