Job Overview
Our client is seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager specializing in Home Decor and Interior Design to elevate brand presence across digital platforms. This dynamic role combines creative content development with strategic marketing initiatives to engage target audiences, showcase interior design expertise, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for interior aesthetics, a keen eye for visual storytelling, and a strong understanding of social media trends within the home decor industry. This is an opportunity to craft compelling narratives that inspire homeowners and design enthusiasts while managing impactful marketing campaigns that highlight unique offerings.

Duties
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement in the home decor market
  • Leverage AI to create captivating visual content, including photography, videos, and graphics, to showcase interior projects, products, and design tips
  • Manage content calendars, schedule posts, monitor analytics, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and interaction
  • Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and sales teams to produce authentic stories that highlight renovation projects, design solutions, remodeling efforts, and successful client collaborations
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, sponsored content, and promotional events to expand brand awareness within the interior design community
  • Conduct market research on current trends, color theory application in interior spaces, and emerging social media tools
  • Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports to inform future marketing strategies, and adjust tactics based on data insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management within the home decor or interior design industry
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with drafting software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D (3ds Max), or Bluebeam is highly desirable for creating engaging visual content
  • Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Understanding of interior design concepts including color theory, lighting design, remodeling processes, renovation techniques, and construction fundamentals
  • Experience in sales-driven marketing strategies related to furniture sales or remodeling services, with the ability to develop promotional materials that drive conversion
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while planning marketing initiatives; familiarity with contracts related to promotional collaborations is a plus

Compensation Pay Range: $75–85k/year
