Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in implementing marketing strategies and ensuring consistent execution across all brand channels for a premium skincare brand based in the San Diego area. This role will work closely with the Sr. Social Media and Influencer Manager, as well as the VP of Marketing, to execute content-driven campaigns, implement digital strategies, and amplify the brand's voice. The Marketing Manager will manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensure alignment with the company’s vision, and help maintain brand consistency to connect with target audiences. The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer with strong attention to detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Execution:
- Implement and execute marketing strategies developed by the Sr. Social Media and Influencer Manager and VP of Marketing.
- Ensure consistent representation of the brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Manage the creation, editing, and publishing of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog content, and website updates.
- Support the execution of content calendars, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
Digital Strategy Implementation:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of digital marketing strategies, including paid media, SEO, email, and social media campaigns.
- Work with the eCommerce team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and online sales strategies.
- Optimize content and campaigns using analytics and performance data to drive engagement and growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, social, and product development, to align messaging and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and influencers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partnerships.
- Provide support for new product launches and brand storytelling efforts by creating tailored marketing plans.
Campaigns, Partnerships & Community Engagement:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and collaborators to amplify brand presence.
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and sponsorships.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using insights to refine future strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform decision-making.
- Work within allocated budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve business goals.
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital strategies, and social media platforms.
- Ability to translate high-level brand strategies into actionable marketing plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring success and optimizing performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Experience Required:
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in lifestyle, skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.
- Proven track record of executing content and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience working with influencers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
Salary Range: $100K-$120K
