Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk
Part-Time | San Diego, CA
 
Our client is seeking a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join their exceptional team. The ideal candidate would be an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, constantly enhancing procedures while maintaining excellent service. Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to):
  • Converse via email or phone with patients about surgical procedures we offer
  • Review patient photos with doctor for patient eligibility
  • Schedule consultation, surgeries, and preoperative appointments
  • Reschedule surgeries as needed
  • Adding last minute procedures for patients
  • Collect payment information
  • Communicate and organize leads in our database
  • Strategically analyze the schedule for high optimization of Doctor’s time
  • Some data entry into our patient database
  • Reply to patient inquiries by end of day
  • Confirm consultations with patients and send Zoom or Facetime reminders
  • Answer questions regarding pricing, deposit process, scheduling, cancellation and
  • rescheduling policies
  • Learn and memorize all surgical and non-surgical procedures
  • Must learn medical terminology
  • Meet and greet patients

  • Experience dealing with a high workload

  • Comfortable having difficult conversations
  • Comfortable with having monetary conversations with patients
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Customer service experience required
  • Sales experience is a plus
 
$18/hour | Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 8:30AM PST to 5PM PST
