Job Description

We are looking for a President to be a key stakeholder in setting our apparel client’s overall business strategy and goals, who can implement best-practices and contribute to positioning the company for long term profitable growth. This is a hands on role that requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a solution-oriented mindset, and high standards for execution and accountability.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategy and execution across all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting.
Oversee inventory purchasing, inventory production and cash flow management.
Manage all facets of day-to-day operations i.e. (Shipping fulfillment - 3PL, inventory system, support + service center, etc.)
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
Ensure that company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to meet targets.
Oversee HR, including implementing hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development procedures.
Support personnel actions by ensuring all HR and related functions are properly performed.
Identify and execute market opportunities to drive revenue and brand awareness.
Motivate and lead a high performance executive team; attract and recruit members of the executive team not currently in place
Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
Represent the brand with clients and business partners.
Develop, implement and monitor the company’s processes
Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
Assist in the protection of the organization by ensuring it is legally protected and by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years’ experience leading an omni-channel apparel company. Experience with swimwear is a plus.
Ability to implement processes, framework, and systems to capture and utilize timely and accurate data across the business to make better decisions.
Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day tactical execution
Identify areas of efficient improvement and implement new processes and system
Clear, collaborative communicator; ability to streamline and share information for various audiences
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, adaptable to start up dynamics and culture
Ability to prioritize among shifting priorities, enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Base Salary Range $150-200K
