Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and trend-savvy Designer to join our Innovation Studio in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will be a Turkish national who has studied or worked in the U.S. apparel market, bringing a unique cross-cultural perspective to design innovation.
This position requires strong design sensibility, digital fluency, and the ability to bridge creative concepts with production execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design seasonal private label collections aligned with international and U.S. trends.
- Integrate AI and 3D virtual design tools for digital sampling, prototyping, and presentation.
- Build design presentations including mood boards, color palettes, and storytelling visuals.
- Work with product development and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Research materials, finishes, and sustainable techniques suited for global markets.
- Engage with international clients and present design ideas confidently.
- Continuously track fashion and technology developments to keep collections relevant and forward-looking.
Qualifications
- Turkish national with excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
- Experience in or exposure to the U.S. apparel market required.
- 3+ years of professional design experience in private label, fast fashion, or export-oriented brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI/virtual design software
- Deep understanding of fit, construction, and commercial viability.
- Strong creative storytelling and presentation skills.
