Job Description:
Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join their team. The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in coordinating many aspects of the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the jewelry collections while supporting the Production Manager and Production Director.

The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in coordinating many aspects of the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the jewelry collections while supporting the Production Manager and Production Director.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and running errands to and from suppliers and jewelers while maintaining records of pickups and deliveries
- Assist with quality control to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues or discrepancies that arise prior to shipping.
- Help monitor inventory levels and track materials to minimize waste and optimize production efficiency.
- Support production team with updating order statuses and order logging as needed
- Work with the team to coordinate the transportation and delivery of finished products.
- Own shipping and order fulfillment for all outgoing packages to clients and suppliers
- Update internal tracking & order statuses following department SOP
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and production workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production coordination or supply chain management within the jewelry or luxury goods industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with production management software/tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: 70-78k
