Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager for a luxury brand opening a new store in Aspen. The ideal candidate will embody our client’s brand values, deliver an elevated client experience, and inspire a high-performing team. This leader will be responsible for driving business performance, fostering client relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in every aspect of store operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
  • Clienteling & Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with top clients through personalized clienteling strategies.
    • Cultivate a culture of client engagement within the team, ensuring every client interaction reflects brand values.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute initiatives to attract new clients and grow the store’s customer base.
    • Collaborate with regional partners on local events, partnerships, and outreach opportunities.
    • Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Operations & Brand Standards
    • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
    • Ensure that brand standards are consistently met across all client touchpoints.
    • Uphold operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Proven success in clienteling, business development, and team leadership.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales reports and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about luxury retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
 
 Salary Range: $70-80K plus commission & bonus
