Responsibilities: 
  • Source new sales opportunities and create a pipeline of prospects through inbound lead follow-up, outbound outreach, presentations, and networking 
  • Understand wholesale boutique customer needs and determine how our brand can suit their needs 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace and competition 
  • Evaluate & summarize for Sales Team successful sales activities, sales trends, special account information or any issues that need resolution that extends beyond scope of the role 
  • Provide a high level of positive and friendly customer service  
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales goals 
  • Develop and continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills & knowledge of competition to help drive growth  
  • Represent the company at markets and in customer meetings in person as needed 
  • Travel to all markets including Dallas, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, as well as to visit customers nationwide  
  • Work with outside Territory managers as needed 
Requirements: 
  • Self-motivated, self-starter who is driven to achieve goals 
  • Track record of over-achieving goals 
  • Strong phone and in-person presence 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills 
  • Strong sense of initiative and ownership in work product 
  • Ability to learn quickly, react quickly and adapt to change 
  • Ability to travel frequently
 
Salary- $45k-$55k + bonus
