Job Description

The main responsibilities of this position include:
1. Generating sales: The primary objective of this role is to generate sales for the client. This involves utilizing various communication channels such as face-to-face interactions, internet platforms, phone calls, text messages, and emails to reach out to potential customers and convert leads into sales.
2. Collaborating with the sales team: The individual in this position will work closely with the sales team to provide and receive support. This collaboration aims to enhance the overall sales process and build strong relationships with customers. Teamwork, cooperation, and a growth mindset are essential to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
3. Product knowledge: This is indeed essential to be successful in any position, but it is particularly crucial in this specific role. As a representative or salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products or services. Having a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, address their needs, and highlight how the products can meet their requirements.
4. Building customer relationships: The role requires actively engaging and following up with customers to establish and nurture relationships. This involves understanding their needs, providing product information, addressing queries, and offering personalized solutions. By building strong relationships, the individual can enhance customer loyalty and increase repeat sales.
5. Providing support: The position involves offering support to customers and colleagues alike. This may include assisting customers with product selection, providing after-sales support, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, supporting the client’s team by training, sharing knowledge, providing insights, and collaborating on strategies is crucial for achieving sales targets. Overall, this position plays a vital role in driving sales growth for the client.

Requirements outside of selling with the purpose of supporting the client:
1. Continue to help support PSA when requested and be sure to offer advice and/or insight based on your years of experience.
2. Assist with selling merchandise via internet/website/mailers/social media, etc.
3. Participate in the development of a growth mindset via programs, as requested by Management.

Measurable Requirements (measured by self and coworkers):
1. Answering phone/phone presentation measured by Callrail and observation.
a. Expectation is to be courteous, helpful, useful, and to direct new customers to come into the store.
2. Maintain Lead Management spreadsheet to show follow up status with customers through detail added to spreadsheet maintained daily.
3. Sell the required minimum per year as stated in the annual compensation plan.
4. Maintain an up-to-date list of customers in sales orders and quotes using special comments and the lead management sheet.
5. Maintain assigned pool in the pool lot so it remains clear and clean so we can sell to customers.
6. Maintain current product knowledge on all products through role play, research, communication with the team, and the use of given programs.
7. Cross train in every department through role play, research, communication with the team, and the use of given programs.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and environment which will be measured by coworkers/management.
9. Sell merchandise outside of the physical store using Amazon, Facebook, Website, and other social media and/or new opportunities.
10. Create, update, maintain social media with generalized and/or specific sales information on all available channels weekly.

This is a fully commission based role.
