As our Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in structuring and optimizing the sales process to drive growth and efficiency. You have the experience to know what works, and you aim to implement a streamlined yet robust system that aligns with the brand’s vision. You understand that customer service is just as critical as acquiring new business, and you bring a collaborative mindset to maintain and expand our client base.
Our industry demands the highest level of service, and you will work closely with a global remote team to deliver prompt and exceptional customer experiences. Clear and effective communication will be key as you coordinate across multiple touchpoints to demonstrate the brand’s value.
The Sales Director will manage the sales cycle for the B2B and wholesale side of our business ensuring an effective process from prospecting to growth across key accounts. Your focus will be on identifying and signing new wholesale clients.
In this role you will be responsible for; predictable revenue and accurate forecasting, meeting or exceeding sales quotas and pipeline generation goals, and enhancing connectivity across customers generating a network of inspired, sustainable acts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the B2B and wholesale sales cycle, from prospecting to account growth.
- Identify and sign new wholesale clients to expand brand’s market presence.
- Ensure predictable revenue streams and maintain accurate sales forecasting.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and pipeline generation targets.
- Foster relationships across brand’s customers to create a network of inspired, sustainable advocates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Represent brand with professionalism and passion, driving brand awareness and credibility.
- Maintaining constant awareness about competitor products and keeping abreast of the changing textile industry.
These are your skills.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales with a focus on sports/retail/hospitality/textiles with a minimum quota of $1M in annual sales.
- Proven track record in B2B and wholesale sales, with experience in building and executing sales strategies and delivering on Return on Investment (ROI).
- Strong ability to set up and optimize sales infrastructure with a process-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solve their most pressing problems with the brand’s value proposition.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Experience working with remote teams and navigating a global marketplace.
- Ability to think strategically while also executing on day-to-day sales operations.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You think macro but act micro and are innovative, creative, and like to prove yourself.
- Bonus points if you are based on EST and can start immediately.

Compensation
This brand is in an exciting phase of growth. The team we are building at this phase of our company will build the foundation, culture, and direction for years to come.
We believe that inspiring others to make a difference through their own actions should be rewarded accordingly, which is why we offer market informed salaries and benefits, including unlimited time off.
This role is full-time salary + commission to start with benefits being offered upon 90 day sales quota being met.
Base pay between $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience and demonstrated sales, with a commission schedule with no ceiling.
