Senior Account Manager 

Our client, a manufacture of elegant, quality bathroom furniture, is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager. This role is dedicated to overseeing daily operations that align with their targeted sales strategies. The Account Manager will focus on cultivating synergistic relationships with merchandising units, inventory coordinators, and other key account stakeholders to develop and execute detailed forecasting methods by analyzing historical sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant factors to anticipate future demand. 

• Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact for all customer-related projects, ensuring exceptional relationship management. 
• Analyze inventory and ensure optimal stock levels and product mix of stock, special order, and e-commerce segments. 
• Create and analyze POS and Inventory Status reports on a weekly basis. 
• Update promo sales trackers on a weekly basis and take immediate action where required. 
• Track and analyze sales in-store and online performance metrics to identify opportunities and threats. 
• Review defectives and chargebacks on a weekly basis and ensure issues are resolved. 
• Lead the planning and preparation of line reviews – including market overview, category management feedback, competitive shop analysis, program recommendation, and creation of exceptional presentations. 
• Work cross-functionally with our international Asia-based team to execute client initiatives including POS reporting/analysis, online content creation/enhancements, packaging creation/enhancements, and direct import supply chain and order processes. 
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Proactive and self-motivated, able to start and manage projects independently with minimal supervision. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work with all levels of internal and external management. 
• Strong analytical skills are required. 
• Proven ability to analyze data and historical information, to determine sales & inventory trends/ opportunities. 
• Self-motivated and goal oriented. 
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal functional groups and external partners. 
• Highly organized with careful attention to detail, excellent planning, and priority-setting skills. 
• Demonstrates a “roll up your sleeves” initiative to get the job done. 
• Always represents their brand in a professional and ethical manner. 
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills necessary to deal with dynamic, rapidly changing market conditions. 

Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field 
• A minimum of 5-10 years of sales or account management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing major or strategic accounts 
• Experience in e-commerce and omnichannel strategy a plus. 
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalents). 
• Ability to travel between locations, customers, and industry shows as required.
