About the Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth across multiple business units. This role combines strategic storytelling with tactical campaign execution, ensuring messaging resonates with audiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns, scale initiatives nationwide, and optimize performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging & Campaign Development
- Lead the creation of market narratives and messaging frameworks across customer marketing.
- Translate strategic objectives into integrated campaigns (email, digital, events, and social).
- Ensure messaging consistency across sales enablement, customer-facing content, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Project & Campaign Management
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, timelines, execution, and reporting.
- Deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and aligned with KPIs.
- Maintain project management and campaign tracking tools (HubSpot).
- Oversee and maintain the asset library for U.S. operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to ensure enablement assets support pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Success on education-driven customer marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Product teams to align campaigns with launches and brand standards.
- Act as a connector between departments to streamline workflows and scale initiatives.
- Content & Asset Development
- Oversee the creation of sales collateral, digital assets, customer communications, and campaign materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (video, events, agencies) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure assets are organized, accessible, and properly distributed.
- Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign results, engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Use data insights to optimize messaging, segmentation, and asset performance.
- Present performance findings and recommendations to leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in messaging, storytelling, and positioning.
- Proven success managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, engagement strategies, and campaign execution.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in database-driven marketing.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Monday.com, and digital marketing platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
- Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed across the U.S.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred.
