Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Charleston, SC
Territory: Nationwide
Reports to: Director of Multi-Channel Marketing
Travel Expectation: Up to 30%
A leading provider of innovative healthcare and fitness technology solutions is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives. This company specializes in advanced body composition analysis, empowering healthcare and fitness professionals with cutting-edge tools to optimize their programs.
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee and optimize all performance marketing channels, ensuring increased lead volume, enhanced reporting, and data-driven strategic decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with the Content Marketing team to amplify initiatives and maximize assets for lead and database growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all digital marketing strategies
- Oversee and optimize agency partnerships
- Manage and execute all reporting for initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Content Marketing team
- Provide insightful analysis of managed initiatives
- Leverage HubSpot to its fullest capacity for marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
- Strong project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with HubSpot is required
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 30% nationwide
