In this role you will provide a deeply people-centric service experience across meaningful people processes including new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence administration. Additionally, you will be the warm and helpful person who team members come to when they have questions about benefits. SUCCESS FACTORS (first 12-24 months) Benefits Pro: You demonstrate your comprehensive knowledge about all our benefit offerings and manage enrollment, processing, and reporting. You are the direct liaison with our benefits broker, and you collaborate with other members of the People team to ensure we are administering our benefits properly. If you are unsure of an answer or need more information you will proactively escalate for support with your leader or our amazing partners to get the information we need. Team Member Experience Maker: Every interaction with a team member is a chance to connect and you are the main point of contact for team member’s benefit questions and requests. You facilitate the leave of absence process, and your clear guidance helps team members navigate the process smoothly with an understanding of their eligibility, approvals, and available resources. Your friendly service approach and clear communications with team members, coupled with your attention to accurate detail and follow through, make you a trusted resource throughout their leave. You have set the standard for responsiveness and service that all team members can count on. Information Seeker: You continually monitor our benefit offerings for emerging themes from team members and industry trends and recommend enhancements to explore in the future. You partner with members of the People team to explore and suggest additional reporting and tools to ensure we are always thinking of our people first. You understand and execute excellent documentation, collaboration, and communication processes and you continually improve ways of working in these areas. You support the elevation of our processes by using data in the development and execution of dashboards to inform decision making. Compliance Aficionado: Your understanding of the legal considerations and regulatory requirements of benefit administration, awareness of when to escalate issues, and the way you operate daily, ensures we are in full compliance. You sail through our annual audits through your understanding and ownership of plan administration and compliance. You consistently ensure we are protecting our team members’ privacy and data, and you also improve upon the ways by which we manage this sensitive information. Ensuring accurate data, hitting deadlines, and transmitting information through secure platforms is a breeze for you. Have Fun! You’ll be successful in this role if you have…. • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in team member benefits • Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably experience with ADP Workforce Now • Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws that impact benefits and compliance • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Vizio

Base Salary: $95k-$115k
