Job Description
We're looking for a Showroom Manager to join our client’s team, a high-end custom suiting and menswear brand. As a Showroom Manager, you will be instrumental in representing the brand and their products. You will be responsible for inspiring the team to create the ultimate customer experience. In addition to managing and mentoring the team, you will become an expert in menswear, custom clothing, and fabrics.
As a Showroom Manager, you will build a sales relationship with customers by providing assistance in their product selection, answering questions, and resolving issues or concerns. A background in sales and a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service is essential. You must have the ability to maintain an organized and well-structured showroom, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
Requirements
- Achieve target sales and showroom goals
- Recruit, train, and develop showroom staff
- Ensure team is continually up to date on all product knowledge
- Set and maintain clear goals and objectives for staff
- Ensure showroom is clean and product well presented to maintain brand image
- Cultivate an exceptional experience for customers
- Provide continual feedback and evaluation of staff
- Manage showroom team schedules and hours
- Manage showroom events and projects as needed
- Assist in implementing clienteling strategy
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in custom clothing
- Experience with clientelling and booking appointments
- Effectively lead and mentor team
- Interest and general knowledge of menswear brands and styles
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit to take our showroom to the next level
Fully commission based role- expected earnings are $95k+
