Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week (may vary depending on business needs, including occasional travel and weekend events)

Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and elevate our TikTok presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing TikTok strategies that grow our audience, drive engagement, and strengthen brand affinity. You will be both the creative mind and operational lead behind our TikTok channel, producing content, tracking performance, engaging with the community, and ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
While TikTok is the primary focus, familiarity with broader social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and how they intersect is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Production: Develop, film, edit, and publish engaging TikTok content that aligns with the brand’s visual identity and resonates with target audiences, including trend-driven videos, voiceovers, behind-the-scenes moments, and live content.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Own and implement TikTok strategies, identifying creative opportunities, seasonal trends, and cultural moments to drive growth and visibility.
• Analytics & Performance: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, reach, trending content performance), using data to inform and refine content strategies.
• Community Management: Actively engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, direct messages, and participating in relevant platform conversations to foster a strong and authentic community.
• Cross-Platform Awareness: While primarily focused on TikTok, stay informed on trends, strategies, and best practices across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels to ensure content is aligned and adaptable where needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and influencer teams to ensure TikTok content aligns with broader campaigns, launches, and promotional efforts.
• Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay current on platform trends, competitor activity, and cultural shifts to keep the brand’s TikTok presence fresh, relevant, and differentiated.
• Event Coverage: Provide occasional travel and weekend coverage for key brand events, influencer activations, pop-ups, and live social moments.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing TikTok or social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brand.
• Proven success creating and managing TikTok content, including comfort appearing on camera or directing talent.
• Strong understanding of TikTok platform tools, analytics, and trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with broader social media platform strategies (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and how they complement TikTok efforts.
• Proficiency in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot); familiarity with graphic design, photography, or visual storytelling is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences authentically and professionally.
• Highly creative, innovative thinker with a passion for fashion, social media, and youth culture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Flexibility to travel and work occasional weekends as needed for events or live coverage.
