As a senior member of the leadership team, you will bring IT program management discipline to the organization, technology implementation best practices, collaborate with all the stakeholders, budget and resource planning, risk mitigation, ability to communicate with different levels of the organization and be able to drive multiple projects simultaneously. You’re entrepreneurial and resourceful and can build (solutions) and ideate with a scrappy budget.

Technology Solution Architecture & Program Delivery Management 
  • Drive software selection that meets business success criteria and fits into IT architecture. WMS, Regional Distribution Centers solutions, and eCommerce integration are a few strategic initiatives. 
  • Define architectural best practices and maintain IT enterprise architecture.
  • Understand systems architecture and technology roadmaps and derive individual project plans from the department roadmap with a clear understanding of the inter-program/technology dependency
  • Ability to run technology selection process engaging stakeholders and leveraging proven software selection RFP methodologies
  • Develop and execute plans to progress the program’s maturity across multiple programs and with defined dependencies. Track and measure the success of the program
  • Have a deep understanding and knowledge of IT Program Management and Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Scrum) 
  • Provide timely communication and drive awareness of the program across the company. 
  • Manage program and individual program OPEX and CAPEX budget, actuals. Provide monthly report. 
  • Run daily project standup meetings. Develop weekly reports.

Minimum Qualifications 
  • 5+ years of technology implementation IT architecture and program management 
  • Good understanding of IT services (ITIL) and systems architecture 
  • Build and manage $2M-5M program resources and budget  
  • Worked with Onshore/Offshore resources
  • Change management savvy
  • A broad understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, eCommerce, and Marketing is a plus
  • Should be hands-on with project CAPEX and OPEX management
  • Good hold on the use of MS Excel
  • Hands-on with Tableau is a big plus
  • Preferred PMP Certification
 
 Salary Range: $153,000 - $187,000
