We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join EB's Retail Recruiting Team!
 
As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll be the voice of Emerging Blue and be one of the first impressions for potential candidates. You will shape and impact initial steps to our hiring process, company, and culture. You will support and help enable us to deliver talented candidates to clients/hiring managers. You will take pride in your customer service skills and provide an exceptional experience to all candidates and internal partners.
We are looking for:
  • Someone with a retail background & is excited about recruiting in the retail industry.
  • A self-starter who has the desire and self-motivation to familiarize themselves with current trends and brands.
  • An individual who comes from brands that have both customer service and visual merchandising focuses.
  • An understanding of omni-channel retail
  • Previous exposure to or prior responsibility for hiring store teams (full cycle recruiting ideal.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ideally 1+ years of related recruiting, retail, and/or HR experience. Desire to learn about recruiting.
  • Interest in Fashion, Home, and Beauty industries
  • Proactive, organized, and know how to work while having fun.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
  • You will manage sourcing initiatives to ensure we connect with the best applicable candidates through networking, LinkedIn and Google searching, niche site tracking, database management, and targeted posting.
  • Provide administrative support and exceptional candidate experience through initial outreach, engagement, preliminary screening, scheduling of interviews, and managing follow-up and feedback.
  • As you touch on most aspects of the recruiting process, we look to you to identify opportunities for efficiency, and ways to improve our brand, sourcing, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with the Account Director team for support on ATS, LinkedIn reports and weekly status updates
  • Support with business development and driving business growth.
 
Base hourly: $18-20/hr.
