Senior Digital Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and UX-aware Senior Digital Designer to own and execute web, paid media, and email design concepts for a well-established lifestyle brand. This role requires expertise in creating visually compelling, high-converting digital experiences while maintaining brand consistency and storytelling across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing for Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid media campaigns on Meta, ensuring proper formatting and execution across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of web and email assets, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience
  • Build and optimize landing pages on Shopify when it comes to design concepts, maintaining best practices for UX and conversion
  • Design digital assets specific for Klaviyo, ensuring proper formatting and responsiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging digital assets for Meta paid media campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all digital platforms
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and UX best practices to enhance digital experiences
  • Work closely with the design team, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life effectively
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within e-commerce or a related industry
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital advertising design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant design tools
  • Experience in UX design; specifically working with Meta, Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Understanding of paid media design best practices for platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Additional Details:
  • Open to remote work structure
  • Salary: $90K-$125K
