Senior Digital Designer
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing compelling graphics for e-commerce, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Transform business and marketing goals into visually engaging, user-friendly, and impactful designs
  • Develop design specifications, scenarios, and prototypes
  • Conceptualize and execute ideas independently or in collaboration with the creative director.
  • Present multiple design solutions for projects.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Work closely with copywriters and cross-functional teams to create high-quality layouts under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with business, creative, and copy teams to refine objectives and ensure accuracy in all projects.
  • Contribute actively to the creative process by presenting well-developed design solutions that align with business goals.
  • Manage day-to-day email marketing operations in partnership with the email service provider, troubleshooting issues and refining workflows.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, ensuring all brand designs follow best practices for digital and email marketing.
  • Mentor and guide designers and contractors while balancing personal project responsibilities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance designs and inspire creativity within the team.
Qualifications:

  • BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Studies, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in web or digital design, with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Required experience in fashion, home or beauty industry
  • Strong expertise in graphic design, layout, typography, image editing, and color correction, particularly in a trend-driven, lifestyle-oriented brand.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and working knowledge of HTML and Flash.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with copy and photography teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience resizing, optimizing, and slicing graphics for various digital formats.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-direct in ambiguous situations.
