Our client is one of the fastest growing premium apparel brands in the world. Our rapidly growing sales organization is integral in expanding the brand’s reach and we’re currently looking for our next motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven teammate to join the Sales team.

As a Territory Sales Representative (B2B), you drive revenue growth to continually expand and improve the business by identifying and selling to prospective customers while developing lasting business relationships. You will be a brand evangelist for our brand, educating future and current customers on our products, and targeting organizations whose brand would benefit from ours. This role reports to the Director of Sales and is a full-time salary + commission role. This territory is based out of our Tempe, AZ office; less than 10% travel is required.

WHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAM
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with experience prospecting for your leads is required.
  • Activator and Prospector...you have grit, determination, and take initiative; you don’t sit and wait for leads to come to you but relish finding the majority of your own leads and opportunities through engaging potential prospects and making meaningful connections.
  • Relationship Builder and Brand Evangelist with the ability to build rapport, listen, ask effective questions, share the brand’s compelling story, and match the customer’s needs with our benefits to guide customer interactions.
  • Competitive, but Collaborative…you are a team player who loves “coopetition,” and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics month after month.
  • Resilient and Positive...you can take several no’s to get to a yes and stay positive in the journey...you practice the power of positive thinking and are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment!
  • Daily Execution and Follow-Through are your jam. You know that every moment matters and daily wins roll to weekly wins roll to monthly and quarterly wins.
  • CRM (preferably Zoho) software savvy and proficient in Google Suite. LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus!
  • You have the ability to travel about 10% for the role with prior exposure to the apparel and/or screen printing industry as well as proven experience working in remote and distributed teams in a Regional or Territory sales model.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
  • Prospect by calling, messaging, and connecting to grow our B2B account list by finding qualified leads and building relationships with potential customers across a variety of industries from sports and entertainment to lifestyle brands and services.
  • Uncover customer needs and present the proper solution by demonstrating knowledge of products and value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers, while setting the correct expectations for the next steps and fulfillment.
  • Care for accounts; giving them speedy and attentive customer service, collaborating with Sales Support, and other internal teams through proactive communication and follow-through to create and deliver a great customer experience.
  • Constantly learn and improve to contribute to a winning team where we are all in it together.
