Job Description

We are searching for a Customer Service Coordinator to work with the specialty store accounts for our client in the apparel industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Gathering orders from sale representatives and supporting the process with the warehouse for all channels,
  • Answering all order related questions of customers, and handle any order related problems,
  •  Preparing booking reports and sold reports by region in a weekly basis,
  • Following up and delivering the employee’s orders,
  • Preparing daily shipment reports,
  • Following chargebacks and making sure deductions are valid and reasonable,
  • Supporting dropship process for all department stores and make sure all inventories and tracking information are up-to-date,
  • Supporting return process for all related orders,
  • Working closely with sales representatives to supporting the order process.
 
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years experience working in customer service
  • Wholesale apparel industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with specialty stores is a plus

Salary Range $50-55K
