For almost 100 years we’ve been reimagining how to flavor beverages and we’re looking for our next sales leader to help take our growing business to new heights and deliver on amazing customer experience. 

As the Zone Manager, Foodservice in the Northwest (AK, ID, MT, OR, WA, WY), you’ll demonstrate expert knowledge of the Northwest zone, continue to develop and elevate your team, and deliver year over year profitable growth. With your ability to develop lasting business partnerships within the Foodservice Industry, you’ll work closely with your team, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to build our pathway to Foodservice Operators, resulting in positive revenue growth which contributes to our company’s sales and profit goals. 

SUCCESS FACTORS (FIRST 12-18 MONTHS): 

Strategic “Go-to-Market” Planner/Executor
• You have contributed to the development of and executed against go-to-market strategies that enhance our distribution capabilities and reach, ensuring Torani’s operators have easy access to the flavors they want. 
• As a market expert, you explore and provide valuable insights, industry trends, and business intelligence to our partners and team, which enables thoughtful decision making that drives strategic long-term growth. 
• Through effective communication, you've implemented growth strategies within your division and across the business, where relationship management, influence, and collaboration are key to success. 
Business Developer 
• With an entrepreneurial mindset, you’ve led your team to cultivate strong business partnerships with customers across the zone. Collaborating with marketing and our strategic customer leads, you consistently exceed the revenue goals today, while maintaining a robust pipeline to support doubling company revenue within 5 years. 
• Leveraging your strong business acumen and extensive experience, you’ve strengthened and expanded our distributor network by identifying gaps or opportunities, thereby ensuring we reach our desired foodservice operators. As a result, you’ve delivered on our brand, strategic, and margin goals. 

Distributor & Independent Operator Expert 
• As a distributor & independent operator expert, you’ve identified, shared, and leveraged industry trends, insights, and market intelligence that has resulted in world class customer service and increased operator loyalty. 
• Collaborating with sales leaders across the foodservice teams, and through the lens of the customer and Torani, you’ve articulated and helped prioritize the most impactful offerings and services to bring to market. 

Coaching & Development Star 
• Caring deeply for the team, you’ve demonstrated passion and skills in sharing your broad sales expertise and experience. You’ve empowered your talented team, who are eager for engaged leadership, opportunities, and continued personal development. 
• Your servant leadership and coaching have removed obstacles and elevated the team. As a result, the team is engaged, empowered to do their best work, developing new capabilities, and maximizing their contributions to the organization. 

Attributes & Qualifications 
• 7+ years leading Field Sales Teams in the Foodservice sector to develop and drive new business acquisition and base business growth. 
• Demonstrated a background of cross-functional collaboration, senior manager level communications as well as strong interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills. 
• Strong business acumen & strategic thinking skills at division or senior manager level. 
• Proven success with leading and developing a sales team. 
• Energetic, enthusiastic, commited, couragous and entrepreneurial, with the ability to generate enthusiasm for best-in-class performance. • Comfortable with and able to use and adopt technology (i.e. Salesforce, Oracle, Custom applications). 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite. 
• Must live within 1 hour of a major airport. 
• Overnight travel up to 60%. 
• The ability to have fun!
